I Paint to Live.

WHO IS DANIEL REDDIC

An Arlington-based multidisciplinary artist and designer with a passion for capturing the obscure and beautiful that occur in our lives. My earliest memories of creating were waking up early in the summer to fingerpaint with my brothers, bonding over imaginary superheroes and fantastical landscapes. During the quarantine art took the role of emotional catharsis for me. I fell into the practice of analyzing, commenting, and communicating with the world through visual language. I currently study Visualization at Texas A&M University, where I aim to grow and innovate as an artist through the combination of new technological media and traditional artistry.

My Philosophy:

” Creativity feeds the soul, comforts the heart, and challenges the mind”

– Daniel Reddic

Everything, alive or dead, conscious or unconscious, ugly or beautiful, can be reborn through the creation within the mind. These Ideas can sometimes be expressed better once preconceived notions about relation, use, or taboo are released. Through art, there is a powerful reflection that comforts, encourages, and informs the audience and creator.
